On the ground floor, it offers you a modern kitchen, a living room and 1 elegant bathroom, making it ideal accommodation for 2 people. With its 55 m2 of living space, it is ready to offer you everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. This house has air conditioning, Wifi and TV. The nearest beach is 2.9 km from the property, where you can explore the depths of the sea and enjoy the Adriatic Sea.
If you prefer to swim and sunbathe in complete privacy, there is also a swimming pool located on the outdoor terrace, next to which are 2 deck chairs and a parasol.
There is also 1 parking space and the yard is fenced.
