Villa Nicoletta is located in Polača, a small Dalmatian village surrounded by green hills, olive groves and vineyards. The Krka National Park and the Krka River are nearby, making Polača a great base for nature trips and activities such as hiking, cycling or kayaking. Although Polača is not on the coast, beautiful Dalmatian beaches are only a short drive away.
Villa Nicoletta is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 8 people, and optimally 6 people. It offers 120 m2 of living space and is air-conditioned. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. An additional two people can sleep on extra beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends, and there is also a dining room and a living room.
The outdoor terrace offers you the opportunity to refresh yourself in the 40 m2 swimming pool, next to which you can sunbathe and enjoy reading your favorite book. The beautifully landscaped garden will further relax you. In the yard there is also an outdoor wood or charcoal grill, where you can spend summer evenings with a glass of wine and delicious Dalmatian dishes. There is also an outdoor covered table for eating and socializing until late at night, and an outdoor kitchen.
Entertainment will be provided by a TV, billiards or darts.
There is a separate room for complete relaxation: deck chairs, a romantic jacuzzi, a gym and a sauna. This is a real opportunity to relax your body and soul and enjoy like kings.
The yard is fenced and offers parking spaces.
The security deposit is €300.00, however, if it is a group of guests younger than 30 years old, then the security deposit is €600.00.
Pets are allowed with a fee of €10.00 per dog per day.
