This completely new villa, built in 2025, is designed for maximum comfort and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is also adapted for guests with disabilities, ensuring a worry-free stay for everyone. The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom, providing complete privacy and comfort.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom, a spacious open-plan living area connected to a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a variety of meals. There is also an authentic tavern with a fireplace and a wood-fired oven, perfect for relaxed gatherings, as well as two additional separate toilets. On the upper floor, there are the remaining three bedrooms and three balconies offering stunning sea views. The same floor also includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, making longer stays more convenient.
The outdoor area offers a special experience – a spacious terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, a 20 m² heated saltwater pool with a hydromassage option, and a jacuzzi for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Guests also have access to various board games, table tennis, and a SUP board for active recreation.
The villa also provides parking for up to 5 cars, making it a perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking luxury, comfort, and privacy in the heart of Dalmatia.
* A security deposit of €500 is required, payable in cash upon arrival and refundable upon departure provided there is no damage to the property.
* The final cleaning fee in amount of €300 is not included in the price, payable in cash upon arrival.
