The beautiful villa Bonavita represents everything you have been dreaming of for a long time! Located in Sukošan, near the city of Zadar, this villa will provide you with a beautiful and pleasant vacation with family and friends. Sukošan is a famous tourist destination where you can enjoy local food, explore the clear Adriatic Sea and beautiful bays and beaches.
The villa was built in 2023 and offers 165 m2 of living space. It is 500 meters from the beach, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms located on the upper floor, each with a double bed. There are also 4 bathrooms with showers and 1 separate toilet. If necessary, you can use a baby cot on request.
As an additional feature, there is a washing machine and iron.
On the ground floor there is: a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. With prior arrangement, you can also use a high chair.
