Located on the magical island of Pašman, Deluxe Villa Supreme is the perfect blend of modern elegance and authentic Mediterranean charm. Surrounded by the scent of pine trees and crystal clear sea, it offers complete privacy and breathtaking panoramic views - from golden sunsets to turquoise morning horizons.
The architecture of the villa has been carefully designed to blend harmoniously into the natural surroundings of the island. It offers 400 m2 of living space and is 400 meters from the nearest sea. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 14, and optimally 12 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 6 bedrooms with sea views, four of which have double beds, and two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. All rooms have their own en suite bathrooms with shower cabins. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, and the remaining 3 rooms are on the ground floor. An additional two people can sleep on 2 extra beds.
On the middle floor there is a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant dining room, ideal for socializing and enjoying local gastronomic delicacies.
Additional facilities include 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer and iron.
A private heated pool measuring 40 m2, a spacious terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area create the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying warm summer evenings. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill.
Additional facilities such as a jacuzzi, gym, sauna or a private boat mooring further emphasize the exclusivity of this property.
Entertainment facilities include a children's playground on artificial grass, PlayStation 5, Audio Boom Box, billiards, table football, bocce.
The yard is fully fenced and offers 6 private parking spaces.
For an additional fee, you can also use a private mooring for a boat up to 8 meters.
